Feel Empowered
Reiki Level 1 focuses on your healing and your connection to Reiki and Source.
You will begin to tune into what Reiki feels like to you, how each of your chakras feel and when they need to be realigned, and slowly begin to use Reiki for close family, friends, and pets.
In this first level of attunement, you will be upgraded to a higher vibration which will allow some things in your life that were no longer serving you to fall away - this will look different for each of you. Reach out to me and our community in my app for guidance and support.
A big life change is that you will no longer have moments where you say, ‘There's nothing I can do’. Now, you have Reiki for all the mundane and miraculous life experiences.
Awaken Your Natural Healing Abilities
Reiki is an intelligent energy, Source energy. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy” or "spiritually guided life force energy."
Once someone has been attuned to this energy by a Reiki Master, they have the ability to be a vessel for this healing energy.

This healing energy treats the whole person: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. A treatment always leaves you with a deep sense of peace and understanding but can also provide you and your clients with miraculous healings.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and can only do good. Reiki can also be used with other medical and therapeutic techniques - even enhancing their effectiveness.

A Little About Me...
Stephanie is a trained and certified Reiki Master and Teacher. She lives in the foothills of Western North Carolina with two kiddos.
She has followed the path of holistic healing for 7+ years and continues to deepen her knowledge and understanding of quantum healing and shamanism.
